Tom:
I hope you're doing well at the University, and that summer classes fare well for you. I received your message about that TableQuest session though, and I have to tell you something.
DON'T DO IT!
Do you realize that TableQuest is a dangerous gambling game!? Gangsters and thieves get involved. Sorcerers and necromancers use terrible forms of magic in these kinds of sessions. And all of these people bet not just on money, but on clothes and possessions, even cherished friends and family members, just to attain power. There's some terrible magic about the whole game of TableQuest that turns even the best of people into the worst.
Don't you remember reading about that infamous session where the tyrant Arthur Chadwick may have been involved in a murder!?
And he's not the only one. There have been countless incidents of murder, theft, dark magic, even mind control that coming from TableQuest sessions gone awry. In fact, notorious darkfire cartel leaders like Holz Finzi will prey upon innocent recruits like you who simply think this is a board game. Once you get trapped in something like this, there is no way out.
Simply put, DO NOT DO THIS!
Love,
Mother
