Third Level Society: First Version
Story Seven: Sarah Marks
01 October 1282

I'm apparently next on Peter Crane's chopping block. For the second time since I joined the Society, my Membership is suspended.

As soon as Dyla and I told everyone else that the agenda to appeal Kara's ban was to be abandoned, Peter Crane came out and told all the striking Administrators and Contributors to "go back to work."

Kara had been the one spearheading the strike effort for the Third Level Society sector of the faculty union. So as soon as it became apparent that she was not coming back, Peter announced that the strike, as far as the Third Level Society was concerned, was over.

Dyla and I immediately reached out to the Administrators and Contributors and messaged them to meet with us before following Peter's instructions. We gathered in the Common Area of our dormitory, where I told the strikers not to listen to Peter. The turnout for this meeting was better than I hoped; and when everyone realized that Dyla and I were leading in Kara's absence...let's just say that Peter was a bit disappointed.

And so in retaliation, Peter pulled the same type of gambit on me that he did to Kara. He accused me of collaborating with Ceri Mains to use darkfire to sway Kara into the bout of insanity that she had, and also to sway the Caucus into resenting her. Peter reasoned that while Kara's departure was good, that my apparent involvement in darkfire made me a threat to the Society.

Next thing I knew, I got a message over the Ticketer saying that I did not have access to the Great Priestess and that I was not allowed to show up on the Society premise.

Not to say that this makes much of a difference. Still in solidarity with the strike, I have not even touched avatar engagement in months. Furthermore, our regular meetings with the striking Administrators and Contributors have been taking place in either the dormitory belonging to me and Dyla or in other dormitory rooms, well out of reach of Peter.

There is apparently a Caucus meeting coming up, which I am to attend obviously. I was afraid that I would be abandoned by my supporters, who have been boycotting the Caucus meetings recently. But they now seem to know Peter's strategies better.
