According to the Society Statute of Principle, the Society is to be governed by a Dungeonmaster Tribunal temporarily until the next Dungeonmaster elected by the Caucus is scheduled to assume office. But picking the Tribunal is actually a lengthy process.

Picking the official Tribunal, that is.
