Two days ago, I filed a formal complaint with University Affairs against Headmaster Stamp regarding his "Stamp Out Corruption" policy and its provisions calling for what amounted to direct interference in future University elections.

I had to take action because no one else was doing it, and we were all seeing the mounting evidence.

Noser, of course, began going on the publicity offensive against me.

There's been another development, though: a new figure named Jon Den. I don't know if that is his real name. But in any case, he emerged on the OCEA platforms just yesterday, condemning both Noser and Stamp as "idiots," and calling for "a change in the system that bred them."

Karyanna Dwemmer and her followers, as well as a large number of Society Members, have begun flocking to this new man. However, I, myself, have been quite skeptical. Looking into his background, I have found that Jon Den is a representative of a relatively new political entity known as the Esurchian Council, which established itself rather recently in the Havenlands region of Northeast Ancondria. There is not a lot of information about these people, but from what I've gathered, they seem to be a group of relatively aggressive ruffians who have either taken over or have imposed tough terms, such as road tolls, against the other free encampments in the region.

Also, they seem to have this obsession about "beginning a new order." I could not find out the specifics of that, but combined with the above-mentioned regional complaints, this may be troubling.

Heather Walker agreed with me on my concern, assuring me that I have not begun to lose my mind.

Going back to Karyanna Dwemmer: yesterday evening, she asked me publicly to endorse Jon Den as the next Headmaster for a special election they had hoped to organize this year to replace Stamp. I responded publicly with silence. When she began harassing me over it, I sent her a private message expressing my doubts about Jon Den and asked Karyanna to withdraw her statements. She responded by posting a public screenshot of my message and publicly accusing me of being a "Stamp Insider." There is, of course, no evidence to prove that baseless claim. But a large number of Members have been voicing agreement with her nonetheless.

This cast a very large and dark cloud of worry over me. Afterward, I called Aledon and told him that I was considering resigning from the Dungeonmaster position. But he talked me out of it. Regardless, this, combined with the mountain-load of administrative paperwork that I face every day and feel like I am unable to put even a dent in, has led me to resolve to have this year be my last year as the Dungeonmaster.

However, I will keep that to myself for now, owing to the possibility that this is, perhaps, just the stress of everything getting to me.

One very thin silver lining to all this, however, is that today, Greg Torus, the Chief Administrator appointed by Stamp, resigned from his post after a popular call led by Jon Den. Torus had been the one crafting the details of the notorious agenda to expand the Campus Watch and having them do things such as "supervising ballot boxes." Also, it turns out that Torus was ultimately Gregory Noser's only friend. So after Torus left, Noser dropped out of Cabotton University.

I say that this is a very thin silver lining, however, because I saw that Stamp quietly appointed Jon Den as the next Chief Administrator only hours later. Karyanna Dwemmer's camp sees this as Stamp caving to popular interest. But to me, Jon Den seems to have gained a lot of popularity in a short time. And combined with his troubling background, this new figure is someone worth keeping an eye on.
