On May 3, Headmaster Stamp announced that he would resign, effective May 15.

There has been a great deal of celebration among members of the Third Level Society in the wake of this news. However, I did not take part, owing to a rumor I heard that Jon Den, still the Chief Administrator of the University, believed that the Society "needs significant reform from within," the same thing he said about the University as a whole. I relayed my misgivings to Bernard over a phone call, during which Bernard validated my sentiment and advised me on the aggressive diplomatic tactics being carried out by the Esurchians in Ancondria. Later, I called Aledon, who said he had also seen some shady activity from the Esurchians at his workplace at West Horizon. And Meghan Wen, who I spoke to just now, told me to leave Cabotton as soon as possible, citing the ignorance she has been seeing demonstrated by some of the Society members on the OCEA platforms.

And indeed, Karyanna Dwemmer decided to throw a party in the Caucus Chamber: food, music, and all. I opposed the move, but alas, a majority of the Caucus supported her.

Nevertheless, I do not wish to leave without establishing some protected exit strategy for the Society. Heather and I have been searching for a new venue for the Society, and we have been trying to expedite things in that regard, given Jon Den's nature.
